Stolen Van

Phil from Strowan

Kia ora everyone, last night my van was stolen from outside my home on Jeffreys Road.

It's a turquoise green Toyota Hiace Van, (2001), reg CRJ210.

There is a felt streamer going across the sun shades and the rear view mirror inside. On the passenger seat were some sheet music books, (all for strings), and there were some pak n save reusable bags. In the back of the van were just two big chunks of polystyrene.

It was broken in to a couple of weeks ago, was egged on halloween, (I put this down to kids having a laugh, who wouldn't want to egg a giant green van?), but now it's been stolen. They had no keys and it was locked.

I'm an itinerant music teacher and this is my only vehicle so I'm really keen to see it come back to me as soon as possible.

If anyone sees a big green hiace, CRJ210, please please please phone the police. Thanks guys.

Poll: Could we live without public bins?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Many public rubbish bins are being removed by councils due to the large costs of regularly emptying them. Do you think we can adapt and live without them?

Type 'Not For Print' if you wish your comments to be excluded from the We Say You Say column of your local paper.
