Now, I am told, by my friends in Real Estate, that this is the best time of year to sell your house.
The sun is shining (mostly!) and the feel-good factor kicks in.
BUT - the one, main decision on whether the house is sold - for the asking price - is the kitchen!
An old, dated, worn-out kitchen will knock thousands off of your home's value, and will delay getting a buyer.
We can help!
We offer our fantastic Kitchen Refresh whereby we replace the doors, drawer-faces & decor panels to give a whole new look to your kitchen - keeping the cabinets. Thereby saving disruption, time and, of course, dollars!
We are also the specialists in designing, fabricating and fitting stunning new kitchens, if you would like to start afresh.
Give us a call on 0800202171 or visit our lovely showroom at:
2/7 Halswell Road, Hoon Hay.
See you soon!
Christchurch's roofed 25,000-seat stadium could be ready within five years but the pressure is now on to get it planned and built right.
The city council's long-awaited investment case says a 25,000 seat mostly clear-roofed facility is the best fit for the city, and could be built within the budgeted $473 million, including running costs. Temporary seating was not included but could be added later.
The chosen option would cost $472.7m to build and $485.3m to run over 25 years, of which $343m would be funded by stadium income, with an annual $4.2m council top-up.
