Chris from Papanui

We need a recommendation for a tech savy person to repair our DVD and TV Program recorder. It is a Panasonic about 6 years old and stopped working after the storm yesterday. Still lights up and records but no picture.027 5493828

Should more lights go up at Hagley Oval?
