Restaurant Lease

Cambridge Cosmopolitan Club

Lease at the Cambridge Cosmopolitan Club is up for renewal. We are looking for someone to take over the lease for the Club Restaurant.
Our Club nights for meals are Thursday, Friday and Saturday ( the new applicant can open any other days of the week for meals and or lunches)
We have regular function bookings of birthdays, weddings & funerals and get togethers. ( must be available to cater for these)
We have regular groups booked in once a month for group functions.
The new Lessee will be in charge of all things restaurant end plus have their own staff.
The Lessee also has the option of their own out catering based here at the Club.
