Malcolm Sproull from Hope Unlimited Trust

Hey neighbours.
Hope Unlimited Trust have been featured in the latest eLocal. Maybe have a look (pages 6-7) to get a better idea of how we might be able to help you or someone you know. And please let me know what you think of the article if you have a moment. All feedback is good feedback that helps us get better at seeing what it is we do through the eyes of others. Cheers. :-)

Pōhutukawa vandalism: Allegations among Karaka residents - was it an inside job?

Reporter Reporter from Auckland Stuff

A series of accusatory hand-written notes have been delivered to residents of Harbourside Drive following Sunday’s vandalism of several trees.

Locals are feeling “absolutely disgusted” at the suggestion that they are behind the incident, which involved a vandal felling eight street pōhutukawa trees with a chainsaw.

Paul and Sue Wilson, who have lived on the road for over 10 years, arrived home on Monday from a trip to Waiheke Island to find a line of felled trees and a curt hand-written note in their letterbox.
