Do you ever get your neighbours' recycling or rubbish down your driveway?
When the wind picks up, we often find our bin or others in our cul-de-sac overturned and the contents blowing up the driveways. The multitude of cats in the neighbourhood also sometimes scratch open the rubbish bags and scatter the contents. How much do you hate recycling/rubbish day? What do you think should be done?
