Introductory Hourly Rate Offer

Tom from Property Maintenance Marlborough

Sharyn and I have recently moved to Blenheim to live, looking forward to the wonderful weather and fantastic community facilities and spirit.

I have a long history of high end finishing around residential properties and am very keen to establish a strong presence here in Marlborough.

As an introductory offer to Neighbourly members, my hourly rate will be discounted to $30 an hour until the end of March 2020, I do not charge for travel in the Blenheim area and all materials are charged at my cost, no loading.

I look forward to being able to share my knowledge and advice if required in the near future.

Cheers Tom

Poll: Should Kiwis be entitled to more sick leave?

The Team Reporter from Stuff

Most Kiwis are entitled to five days of sick leave a year, but some - often those in lower paid jobs - get less.

New Zealand’s minimum sick leave allowance is one of the lowest in the OECD. In Australia they get 10 days, in most European countries it’s even more.
