A typical Bodylight Yoga class will have a Prana Yama component, a physical Asana practice, a Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and meditation. Our instructors offer inspiration from the amazingly rich tapestry which is Yoga. Students and participants are encouraged to practice daily, to develop their inner teacher, their mind's eye and to find their own unique path within.

Card sorting person for bridge tournament tomorrow
