My Local Like
Chocola, on Apirana Avenue in Glen Innes in the area by Fruit World and the Dove Hospice Shop. Amazing fresh Mexican food as well as artisan chocolates and I understand you can also have events/learn about cacao/make chocolates too. Wandered in with my son, and left having had a great lunch, an addiction to Mexican drinking chocolate, a supply of healthy fresh juice and huge smiles. Bring the glass bottles back for reuse. Informal seating and personalized friendly service from Jose and Maria (remember Mexican Specialites on Maura Road Ellerslie? This is them!). If you are one of those people where chocolate milk is life-and-death then you owe it to yourself to go! Not sure of hours/phone details.
We've missed you, Chocola!
