Huge macrocarpa and concrete bench

Ryan from St Heliers

Hey all!

Moving out and have a few things that need a new home

A huge macrocarpa and concrete block bench,

A living plant wall,

A few slabs of pohutukawa I believe?
I used these for pot stands which worked beautifully.

Also have a big sturdy wooden clothing rack I used to hang my collections on

Also a heap of pallettes.

First in first serve, no need to message first just come on round and pick them up, someone will be home to let you in of you mention that you're here to collect things from Ryan.

Address is 35 Hampton drive

My number is 0211347946
In case you need to get in contact.

Please come before tomorrow otherwise what is left will be donated

How does 9 days without your phone sound?

Eve from Eve Rudkin Mindfulness

Hi Neighbours, I was lucky enough to spend 9 days recently training in mindfulness - no phone, no news, almost no talk - just paying attention to my experience, at a peaceful off-grid centre in the Coromandel.

It was pretty amazing, but I don't suggest you try that length at first, what about starting with an hour?

Come and soothe body and mind with a small group for a gentle mindfulness session of ease and peace. The session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation.

Next one is on Tue 7th of May 1 - 2.15pm, Meadowbank Community Centre. Come and see what it is like! Contact me - the first session free, then Koha welcome. 021 255 1485

Click Read More to find out more about what I do - I also offer one-on-one mental wellbeing sessions and custom courses for group bookings.
