Our teams are shocked and saddened about the act of terror that took place at the Al-Noor and Linwood mosques, in Christchurch, on March 15.
The past two weeks have highlighted the resilience and leadership within the Muslim and wider Christchurch community, and we have been humbled by the depths of compassion, kindness and unity shown in response to such a senseless act.
It’s times like these that also remind us of the crucial work New Zealand Red Cross does supporting our communities across Aotearoa. AMI is incredibly proud to sponsor this organisation.
We’re continuing our support of New Zealand Red Cross, which delivers key skills such as support and first aid training, with more than 10,000 school children across the country being certified so far.
If you’re keen to support this amazing organisation, head to New Zealand Red Cross’ website to donate.
We will be working with Red Cross on how we as an organisation can provide ongoing
support in the months that follow.
AMI would like to extend its condolences to the Muslim and wider Christchurch community.

Does anyone have a cat trap they can lend me? An unknown cat has just ruined five or six new seedlings in my garden and I am not happy. I intend to treat the cat kindly and transport it to the SPCA. This has been going on for weeks. Today's disaster is the final straw. It's not the cat's fault but I am sick of neighbour's cats using my garden to shit in and make a mess. Needless to say they will also be hunting birds.
Hi neighbours - has anyone had a Samsung Frame TV professionally installed? Any recommendations on who offers this service locally?
