Aluminium Joinery & the Heathy Homes Act

Robert from Exceed - We fix windows & doors

Hi Neighbours,

I’ve seen some Healthy Homes reports in the last few weeks along with the new Tenancy Services Healthy Homes standards, I expect to see more.

But the reports coverage of aluminium joinery has been marginal, neither of the rules of thumb regarding draught stopping and ventilation published by the Government nor reports I’ve seen mention aluminium joinery as such.

My team is offering a full onsite inspection and report* on your rental property/home on the state of your aluminium joinery, for your own peace of mind, whether you use a rental agent or self-manage. The report covers the state of your joinery, as at the inspection date, at meeting the ventilation & draught stopping section of the new Tenancy Services Healthy Homes standards.

We’ll offer an opportunity to fix any problems we identify and give you a credit of $60 from the report cost towards any recommended work from the report booked before the end of this year.

The onsite inspection and report will cost $120 +GST for a standard 3 – 4 bedroom house; money well spent for peace of mind and continued rental income.

Exceed specialises in the repair & maintenance of aluminium joinery. We have been doing this for the last 29 years in New Zealand. We have good working relationships with all New Zealand’s prime aluminium joinery manufacturers.

PHONE 0800 252500 now to book your report.
