Public Library Rules
Hi everyone! don't you think public libraries rules should be changed? I mean, I had visit different libraries in overseas like British council libraries where there is pin drop silence. Culture and rules of NZ public libraries are totally different. Don't you think the city council should implement new rules?
Sorry to say but maybe it looks different to me. People are hanging around and shouting just like a picnic place. My first day in Nz library I make sure my cellphone must be on silent. But when I saw no one cares. It looks pretty strange to me.
