Should Airbnb homes pay higher rates?
Hey neighbours! Auckland council says property owners who list on sites like Airbnb and Bookabach need to "pay their share" and some could be reclassified from residential to business rates. Do you have a property listed online? Do you think this is fair? Should they be classed as business and as such, be subject top higher rates? Is the council over stepping here? Let us know below!
