Tāmaki Housing - Alert Level 4 Update

Tamaki Regeneration Company

Our offices are now closed
Our Panmure and Glen Innes offices are closed while Auckland is in Alert Level 4. Level 4 is currently expected to be in place until Wednesday 15 September, however this may change.

If you need something fixed at your Tāmaki Housing home – call 0800 521 555

We will continue to do urgent repairs to your home as maintenance is considered an essential service. Urgent repairs are those that impact on your ability to live safely in the house or could impact your health (some examples are not being able to cook, not having running water, a blocked toilet, or the house not being secure).

You can still call our free phone number 0800 521 555 any time day or night. Please call during the day if you can so we can manage the calls and repair jobs more easily. If your repair job is not urgent then we may not be able to do it until after the lockdown is over.

Our maintenance team has procedures in place to keep everyone safe, so before any visit we’ll ask you a couple of questions and let you know how we will complete your repair job safely.

If you need help or have any questions about your tenancy

We are still available to support you, and you can still contact us.

• By phone on 0800 521 555. This is a free call.

• By calling or texting your tenancy manager on their mobile phone, during the day.

• By email info@tamakihousing.co.nz

Extra support

You might need extra support while Auckland is at alert level 4.

• If your income has changed, you can visit Work and Income at workandincome.govt.nz..., or use MyMSD, or phone them on 0800 559 009

• Please call us on 0800 521 555 if you are having difficulty paying your rent

• You can call Healthline for advice on 0800 358 5453. This is a free service with interpreters available, and operates anytime day or night.

Protect yourself and others

Everyone needs to follow the Alert Level 4 requirements, including:

• Stay at home, except for essential activities

• Wear a face covering when you leave your home

• Stay in your bubble - You can only have physical contact with people in your household

• Regularly check locations of interest to see if you need to get tested

• If you do leave your home, keep track of where you have been, scan or sign into locations you visit
