Thumbs up for kingsway motors

I thought I would share with you all the experience I had when going for my warrant of fitness. I received a text from Tyre World, next to the caltex garage opposite Manukau Institute of Technology stating that as I was a repeat customer I could get a Warrant for $10. Yay... I thought... Took my vehicle there and failed the inspection... AMONGST other things they stated I needed a sub frame as bushes worn... I asked how much and was told $500 by the receptionest... I then took my car to Kingsway motors with the failed warrant... They said it didn't need doing and even had my vehicle tested by vtnz to show that it didn't need doing... They also showed me that a bulb wasn't going and advised me that the fog light I had in my car was actually illegal... Both of these things were not picked up by Tyre World... Kingsway motors did all the work that needed doing as well as replacing the bulbs for $250 cheaper than Tyre World. So to conclude I recommend Kingsway Motors in Grayson Avenue and give them a big thumbs up and I would strongly recommend that if anyone goes to Tyre World they get a second opinion about work they state needs doing on their car.
