Sky Customer Service
Does anyone have any tips re dealing with the above.
Have a fault which actually requires a technician to come to the property and sort out.
Have called Sky but get a virtually endless round of call centers based in the Philippines and possibly India. Limited English in most cases and no understanding of what is required.
Because SKY is a monopoly with no competition they can virtually do what they want.
I manage an Air BNB and desperately trying not to lose a 900 dollar booking because Sky not working.
Funnily enough have had identical experience with OneNZ Broadband but neighbor actually works for OneNZ and gave good advice.
