Losing a loved one is one of the hardest experiences we have to face. Here is what to do. 1. Accept the loss. 2. Acknowledge your emotions. 3. Learn new roles. 4. Invest your energy into a new life. Find an enduring connection with your loved one so that you can always remember them and then part with grief, obtain closure, move forward and start living again.
