Driving lessons checklist for parents wanting to teach their son or daughter how to drive

Steve from Albany

After many years of driving instructing I am now offering parents the tools to use to get your son or daughter up to VTNZ test standard, most parents do a great job of teaching them to drive but just need those extra tips to get them up to test standard level. For a nominal fee of $20 I can supply the same checklist PDF and also another PDF about roundabout procedures that I have used with a 95% pass rate, it will be emailed to you along with a follow up phone call. I used to own one of Auckland's top driving schools, semi retired now.

Please Note: I am no longer taking people out in a car now with this covid lurking around, this decision is for the safety of all as sitting close to each other in a car for 1 hour is risky. I have decided to try a new strategy out now so parents can get their son or daughter up to test standard with my years of experience developed in the "Checklist for Driving lessons" that is so easy to follow, it also is what the testing people at VTNZ are looking for.

We Say/You Say: How will you be supporting businesses this summer?

Abby Irwin Reporter from North Shore Times

Kia ora neighbours,

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has announced a $37 million recovery fund for Auckland businesses this morning, which will include 100,000 free vouchers to visit Auckland Council facilities, attractions, and venues.

The goal is to encourage Aucklanders to "rediscover the best of local businesses and visitor attractions" by visiting places like the zoo and museums, or attend summer events organised by community and cultural groups.

What business or attraction would you spend your voucher on this summer? Share your thoughts below and don't forget to type NFP if you don't want your comment featured in the conversations section of the North Shore Times.
