Hope you are having a great week so far!
Our number one priority is the health and wellness of our members and communities.
In order to promote wellness during this unprecedented time as we are in lockdown in Aotearoa, we want to encourage you to stay active, care for yourself, and care for each other.
So, for these 4 weeks, we will be sharing some weekly workouts you can do anytime, anywhere. Paired with the workouts will be weekly wellness challenges, plus we’ll have quotes, recipes and nutrition tips on our social media pages where you can also ask our coaches any questions about the workouts.

And be sure to join our SPARTAFIT whanau throughout NZ every morning at 10am and 6pm for our LIVE Zoom workouts (download the Zoom app on your phone or laptop, for our access codes please email us back !)
