Small Black Cat (Possible Stray), Freemans Bay
I live in Remuera but work in Hargreaves Street in Freemans Bay. I noticed this little girl last Summer then she disappeared. She reappeared on 12 January, skinnier. Myself and another woman who works nearby are concerned about her. She's not in distress or too gnarly-looking. Her eyes are clear and she seems to have all her teeth. She's very friendly. No obvious signs of fleas. We are keeping an eye on her but are mindful that she might be someone's cat. There are a few apartment blocks nearby but it's not a residential zone as such.
Neighbourly helpdesk suggested I place a public message as I don't live in Freemans Bay. If anyone lives or works in the area and knows who this wee moggy is or belongs to, please get in touch. I have also posted on lostpet.co.nz.
