Thanks to all the Neighbourly members who have headed along for a Froot Camp session over the past few weeks. Next sessions are tomorrow (Thursday) 6pm-7pm and Saturday 9am-10am. It's FREE, you'll have FUN and you'll get fit in the process.
All levels of fitness are welcomed but please do chat to your health professional if you have injuries or existing health conditions.

We are taking registrations for the next 8 week Foundation Agility course starting 2 May 2024.
