Still looking! Outstanding professional single female looking for a 1 bdrm flat
Reposting my original post with some edits....
Hi I'm Sheridan a fit overactive atypical 55+ professional female looking for a sunny (preferably north facing) clean and dry, tidy fully self contained flat / unit in or within a 10 km radius of Kohimarama. My lovely landlady of 7 years is selling and downsizing so sadly, I must move. I don't smoke, own any animals or a car but I own 2 bikes which I ride to / from work in the CBD everyday so I need secure storage space for these. Sunday mornings I lead a ladies bunch ride and am often away weekends riding or hiking. My budget is $400 - $450, maybe a bit more for something special. Looking at long term so ideally, at least 2 years. Please contact me via this useful website if you or someone you know might have a place that could work. I have all my own gear e.g. w/machine, fridge, furniture blah...Thanks so much, Sheridan
Poll: Does the building consent process need to change?
We definitely need homes that are fit to live in but there are often frustrations when it comes to getting consent to modify your own home.
Do you think changes need made to the current process for building consent? Share your thoughts below.
