Wandering, lost dog
At about 2 pm this afternoon I saw a beautiful black and white dog wandering in Tarawera Terrace and she wasn't wearing a collar . She is slim and looks quite young, with '' patches'' over her eyes, that is, in her colouring. She was too timid to come right up to me and ran back up Tarawera Terrace before appearing to disappear up the driveway of about 30 Tarawera Terrace. She looked thirsty so do hope she has '' found'' home again.

Auckland Harbour Bridge summer works
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is carrying out essential maintenance on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this December and January. The southbound clip-on lanes will be closed (24/7) from 26 December to 5 January for road resurfacing. Night-time lane restrictions will be in place throughout the summer for recoating work on the bridge. Traffic will still be able to travel in both directions at all times.
