Have you read the latest installments of Stuff/Newshub's joint investigation? In part two of the 'a tale of two cities' series, Carmen Parahi and Simon Shepherd take a look at the view from the top of the Auckland tree. While part three looks at inequality and what will happen in the next downturn. Read them both here.
I'm looking to see if anyone has a small unused area on their property/business property or driveway where I could possibly store my small trailer sailer yacht and take it out every now and then.
All up the yacht with the trailer it is about 6 meters long and 2.4m wide - slightly larger than a car space.
It is in a neat condition - not an eye sore. I'll upload a photo soon.
I am happy to either pay a fee or to trade property maintenance, odd jobs or garden work in exchange for the space...or a combination of all - whatever is agreed apon. I'm also involved in the floor safety industry (anti-skid products) and can offer great discounts on related products.
I can provide references on previous work.
Please give me a call or message me if you have an area and would like to discuss.
Many thanks, Philip - 022 641 4438.
The last event for the year.

Wow! Your generosity means we have already raised almost $4000 in just three days towards our fight against wasps. We've also received an amazing $35,000 sponsorship from BASF which is a fantastic boost to the campaign. Every little bit counts and by contributing, you can make wasp-free regions a real possibility. Find out more about the project and how you can contribute here: givealittle.co.nz...
