Excellent Real Estate Testimonial - well done Zane Munif !!

#1 Individual Branch Salesperson - Zane Munif

Zane Munif recently was involved in our most recent property purchase on Goodwood Drive. Over the years my husband and i have been fortunate to purchase over 6 properties in a variety of suburbs, though it has been more than 12 years since our last purchase. Obviously over the years professionals have changed as has some of the purchasing criteria. At all times we have found Zane to be informative, professional and very capable in his skill set. Even though we purchased earlier in the month Zane has continued to support any further question or dealings associated with the property. Zane has gone beyond what we call the "normal" residential sales agent.

Also due to our investment requirements of renting out our most recent purchase Zane has also been knowledgeable in advising my husband and i of secure contacts within his industry to ensure we continue to make this a smooth, stress free transaction. Zane independently negotiated when required our needs to the current vendor and rental team ensuring we are well informed at all times.

Zane continues to be an active member between all associated from the sales and purchase agreement, including other professionals (e.g our Lawyer). My husband and i would go as far as to say without Zane within this stage of our life, and purchase requirements that the sale of Goodwood Drive probably wouldn't have gone through. It was only from his confidence, ability and professional attributes that made this sale possible.

We would like it noted to his management team within his branch how fortunate they are to have a team member like Zane on board and working for them. We would like to thank Zane tremendously and can only recommend him to others moving forward.

Please feel free to make contact me in regards to any queries.
