How dare you ... 😑🀬

Fiona from Henderson

I'M ABSOLUTLEY FUMING!🀬

Our friend who is an elderly gentleman has just returned back to his home yesterday after being at our place only to be informed by his friend/neighbour that he had just chased off 3 men who had stripped our friend's plum tree.

So to the 3 men who did this, then jumped the fence and ran off when you were caught - you are on NOTICE!!!
The Police have been notified now and someone up Sturgess Road will have security cameras that may've captured your images.
Our friend's neighbour knows what you look like!!

You all stripped the front of the tree on the public side, which is not nice but understandable as it's planted on private property but leaning over onto the public area.
But then all 3 of you thieves went onto his private property and stripped his trees.
HOW DARE YOU!!!!!😑😑😑

He is now so worried that a couple who asked if they could buy some plums from him a few days back, have sent others around for more 'freebies'.

He is very proud of his garden and so much work and time has gone into it. His generosity is well known to those who know him and also strangers he meets along the way.
People knock on his door all the time and ask for some fruit. He will always give them some fruit and maybe an extra item or two from his garden.

To say that he will share the shirt off his back is an understatement; he will share what he has in the garden to anyone who asks.

All you had to do is ask him or leave a note in his letterbox with your contact details on and he would've got back to you.

HOW DARE YOU THINK THAT ANYTHING ON OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY IS YOURS!!!
IT'S 100% TRESSPASSING AND THEFT!!😑😑

Stealing off someone who is struggling is DISGUSTING!

I can only hope that the karma bus (or the Police) is on its way to these 3 despicable men.

You all should be ashamed of yourselves for stealing off an old man - ASHAMED!!!😑🀬

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days β€” the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
