Youths out damaging property Sat night

Helena from Bucklands Beach

School holidays have begun..... so two weeks of this to come. If you are waking up to damage, report it.
If you are a candidate with signs on Gills Rd roundabout - may want to check as witnessed some being damaged by same group. If you’re a parent and they look familiar - maybe a lesson on respect. This is the second weekend in a row we’ve had teen boys damaging property / cars.

We Say, You Say: Auckland Uni Exams

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Hi Neighbours,

Auckland uni students have spoken out against on-campus exams this year as their overseas counterparts will be able to check notes while they will not be able to.

Those international and domestic students remaining in New Zealand will be completing their exams under supervised conditions. A university email obtained by Stuff showed that overseas students will also be given a 30 minute grace period, in case of any technical faults, with this time able to be used towards the final exam.

Do you think this is fair?

Dance Yourself Happy does 80s at 31 hits per hour!

Mari from Cockle Bay

Join us for an exercise session like no other on Thu 22 October at 8–9pm. We've crammed a total of 31 hits from the 80s (or chunks of them) into 1 hour to get your nostalgic juices flowing and heart pumping. Feel free to wear neon, sweat bands and glow sticks if you feel like it. Dancing starts at 8pm sharp, and carparks are sometimes hard to find right next to the venue so arrive early to not miss any of the hit-laden mix! This dance session is alcohol/drug free and open to all ages.
