Spreading the word about this new Auckland baking business called Gluffie.
Gluffie makes artisan gluten-free bread, renowned for its fluffy soft light texture akin to that of ordinary bread. Their products are packed with fibre, seeds and whole grains with no cheap fillers!
Having had it tough in this level 3/4 lockdown, it would be amazing if you could support this local business. I highly recommend their seeded loaf, although their pizza bases and rolls are fantastic too! gluffie.co.nz 095256232
They are based in Epsom and Coatesville and do pickups & North Island deliveries - so your friends out of Auckland can try too :))
