Casual admin help needed
Hi neighbours, we're a small IT company and need some admin help. This is a casual work helping our business manager with the workload, mostly emails and phone calls. We're based in Penrose. You'll need to know how to use a computer and have good communication skills. A perfect role for stay at home parent as additional casual income.

How does 9 days without your phone sound?
Hi Neighbours, I was lucky enough to spend 9 days recently training in mindfulness - no phone, no news, almost no talk - just paying attention to my experience, at a peaceful off-grid centre in the Coromandel.
It was pretty amazing, but I don't suggest you try that length at first, what about starting with an hour?
Come and soothe body and mind with a small group for a gentle mindfulness session of ease and peace. The session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation.
