Aotea Sea Scouts needs a Building Insurance Assessor
Hi, does anyone know a Building Insurance Assessor that would be willing to do a pro-bono insurance assessment on the iconic heritage Sea Scout building on Orpheus Drive in Onehunga? We are a charitable group and need an insurance assessment so we can seek funding for adequate insurance cover for our building. We are happy to talk about ways we can show our appreciation perhaps by promoting your company in some way and showing our thanks. Contact Stephen on 0224262901.
Poll: Does the building consent process need to change?
We definitely need homes that are fit to live in but there are often frustrations when it comes to getting consent to modify your own home.
Do you think changes need made to the current process for building consent? Share your thoughts below.
