Job hunting

Mandy from Mairangi Bay

Hello North Shore residents

I am a mother of two who is looking for a part time role in administration after getting made redundant last year due to restructuring in the company I worked for. My position there was Office Assistant where my duties included filing, processing orders in their inventory system – DEAR. Being the first point of contact for customers, processing payable and receivable invoices and other general administration duties. In other past roles I have also gained the experience in data entry. Over the years I have used Microsoft products including Excel and Word, I would put my knowledge level as intermediate to advance.
I am looking for a position with a company that has a good team environment, where there are growth opportunities. I am a hard worker; the type of person who does not like leaving a job unfinished. I am very customer focused and will do all that I can to resolve any problem a customer may have.
If you have a position that you think I could fill please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you
Mandy
