Spreading the word about this new Auckland baking business called Gluffie.
Gluffie makes artisan gluten-free bread, which is renowned for its fluffy light texture akin to that of ordinary bread. Their products are packed with fibre, seeds and whole grains with no cheap fillers!
Having had it tough in this level 3/4 lockdown, it would be amazing if you could support this local business. I highly recommend their seeded loaf, although their pizza bases and seeded rolls are fantastic too! gluffie.co.nz 095256232
