Great Tenant Looking for a Home closer to work
I have a fantastic tenant who currently travels more than an hour just to get to work. Therefore, he is looking for somewhere closer and safe for his family.
If you have a rental property or know of someone who has a rental property that meets the following, please feel free to get in touch.
-3 Bedroom (2 bedroom can work if they are fairly big)
-2 bathroom (but 1 would be fine if it has a seperate shower and bath or. a full bathroom)
-Garage
-2 to 3 off Street parkings
-Deck or entertainment area (this is not a requirement, but would be nice)
-Modern kitchen (or neat older one would also be fine if not to damaged)
-A free standing unit would be the ideal, but it is not a deal breaker
- $530 - $560
-Suburbs considered: Mangere Bridge, Hillsborough, Onehunga, Mt. Roskill, the closer to highway 20 the better.
