Pillow case-wearing offender sought after attempted robbery in Alexandra

Nicole Mathewson Reporter from Central Otago News

Two shop workers hid at the back of a dairy as a robber wearing a pillow case over his head demanded money and cigarettes around 11pm on Saturday.

The robber ended up fleeing empty-handed, but one of the workers at the Alexandra Night 'n Day, in Central Otago, suffered minor injuries when they were cut by a shard of glass.
