SEVERE WEATHER WARNING
MetService is predicting some really nasty weather from this evening until Tuesday morning. It has issued the following warnings for STRONG WIND and HEAVY RAIN for the Wellington Region.
WELLINGTON and the KAPITI COAST south of Otaki Valid: 6 hours from 7:00 pm Monday to 1:00 am Tuesday Forecast: Period of rain with locally heavy falls. Expect 50 to 60mm to accumulate, peak intensities 10 to 20mm per hour this evening.

What's your experience with pre-fabricated homes?
The Sunday Star-Times is looking into the rise of transportable/ kit-set/ pre fabricated homes. The upsides are build-efficiency, quality of design, and cost. The downsides appear to be land supply, red-tape with council and difficulty getting lending from banks. Taoist Tai Chi we have a new beginner's class starting on Tuesday 6th April at the senior citizens hall in Motueka (behind the library), this class will run from 9:30am until 11am. We would love to see you there so come along and give it a go.
