Wellington North Parents Centre Inc. (WNPC) is a local voluntary organisation for parents and parents-to-be, run by parents. WNPC support parents through a variety of education and information programmes in the Wellington North area, covering from Churton Park to Makara: including Johnsonville, Khandallah, Ngaio, Thorndon, Wadestown and Northland. WNPC is affiliated to Parents Centre New Zealand, which is a non-profit organisation. Parent Centre New Zealand lobbies for the rights of parents and children at a national level.
