Meadowbank Kindergarten is situated in a residential area in the heart of Meadowbank. We have a strong sense of community support where families are willing to be involved in their child’s kindergarten experience. We believe in fostering respectful and reciprocal relationships with children, families and whānau where they feel a sense of belonging. At Meadowbank Kindergarten we view children/tamariki as capable and competent learners where they learn through play. We encourage children to make positive choices about their learning and promote independent thinking and a ‘can do it’ attitude. We praise and celebrate children’s efforts to give it a go. We aspire to create a purposeful and meaningful environment that invites children to engage and use a range of mediums to express and communicate their learning.
