Art Schools
This is a small independent Art Class. We have afternoon sessions at Blockhouse Bay Community Centre and Holiday Programmes at Battersby Avenue.
Children age 5 to 12 years and Adults.
Come and have fun creating your own art work. We learn about colours, lines, using of space, texture and much more by using different art media.
We get into the fun by getting our hands dirty using pencils, charcoal, variety of paints, oil sticks, pastels while learning various techniques. These techniques can include sketching, collages, printing, doing batik, blending and different techniques for painting.
We enjoy being creative, using our hands to create our picture from our own perspective. We also love to practice our skills by observing objects, pictures or paintings and re-creating it in our own unique way.
Sessions: Tuesdays 3:30 pm to 5 pm Children
10:00 am to 11:30 am Adults
