Boron extends the half life of vitamin D in the body and supports optimum bone growth and development. Magnesium assimilate the vitamin D from the sun and converts it into calcium in the bones.

Calms and balances moods so great for ADHD, tantrums, anxiety. Magnesium is needed by the body for the production of serotonin, the anti-stress hormone. Clary Sage and orange are calming and also boost confidence and courage. Jasmine is very calming and soothing.
