Something I love about Sydenham...
My street borders 2 neighbourhoods -officially Waltham & Beckenham, but the postcode says Sydenham. Love that it's great location for walking & cycling -close to river & at the bottom of the port hills. Just walk out my gate towards the hills, along the river for instant exercise. It's also a short cycle to work & the city - much more convenient than paying for parking. And count myself lucky to have fantastic neighbours - we look out for each other.
