Studio space wanted, please.
Purpose: I am looking for studio space to make art in. I use only safe, non toxic, non flammable materials. I need somewhere to make work, but not to store my body of work.
What I need: All I need is dry, secure, lit space with access to running water for clean up. this may be an outside tap. A shed or garage would suit me well.
Location: As near to the Napier CBD as possible, but any proposition considered.
Price: 'reasonable'. payable fortnightly. (Long term lease or annual payments are not my league). References available.
