My Local Like
Stevie's Café, Kennedys Bush Road, Halswell
This is one of these small local cafes, that you may not even know was there
Bob, the owner, is an incredibly diligent worker, 7 days a week
Bob, Hannah and Jessie turn out food that you can not fault, all home made and fresh daily
This team are all unique and compliment each other
Being a fan of big breakfasts, these breakfasts bet them all hands down and incredible good value
We frequent this café, often and number of people that walk in and say gid eay Bob is beyond belief
You will come as a stranger and probably leave as a life long friend
Go and try them, you won't regret your visit
Have a great day
Wayne and Michelle

Say goodbye to tyre waste
About 40% of the 6.5 million tyres Kiwis use every year are recycled, repurposed, or used as tyre-derived fuel. But the rest end up in landfills, stockpiled or dumped.
The good news is now there’s an easy solution to all that tyre waste. It’s called Tyrewise and is New Zealand’s first national tyre recycling scheme.
Tyrewise ensures that tyres in Aotearoa New Zealand are recycled or repurposed properly, saving millions from going to the landfill.
Find out more about the scheme online.
