Admin/Office guru required - immediate start
Busy Lizzy Gardens is looking for a fabulously efficient and personable administration/office guru for an immediate start.
Our favourite candidate will be;
*available 30-40hrs a week
*be unbelievably great at organizing everything from client appointments to ordering more coffee for our parched gardeners
*thrive on a fast-paced and lively workplace environment
*be able to take 5 phone calls at once whilst doing 3 other things at the same time and not make a mistake
*live locally and be able to drive
*be super speedy on all google applications
*be able to work across many software applications with minimal training
*have initiative and the ability to make decisions
*be super friendly and be happy to talk to customers
*be familiar with Xero
*be able to use social media
*understand and use spreadsheets
*have a number of years experience (but we can train the right candidate)
*know about plants and love all things gardening related
*have experiencing invoicing and filing
We pay above market rates and would be keen to talk to you if you can start immediately to help us with our Spring rush!
