🍂This stunning conifer is actually one of a few deciduous varieties with cool names like Metasequoia glyptostroboides. Conifers are identified as cone-bearing seed plants and date back 300 million years, and nearly all of them are evergreen.🌲
So, if you have a conifer that is currently looking like it’s on its way out, get it properly identified. You could be the proud owner of a very cool deciduous conifer that breaks the rules, and when spring arrives will look incredible with vibrant new growth.
