So instead of responsibly disposing this off, you choose to chuck it on a pedestrian walk way! Even worse you let the peices scatter next to a primary school where kids walk and run!

I am only complaining? No you irresponsible civilian. I'll go there with a pair of gloves, a broom and a bag to clean up your mess.
