One of the key systems we have in place in maintaining a client experience is our training and induction program.
I will walk you through the process that we have in place for each of our cleaners before they enter your home.
1️⃣ Background check. We check every cleaner and every office staff member to make sure that there is no crime record or negative referrals from previous job, this is also done on a yearly basis.
2️⃣ Training. If they pass the first step, we offer 3 weeks intensive multiple steps training for them, they will also be given a mark to see if they qualify to proceed further. If they do not pass, they are either provided further training or declined to join the team.
3️⃣ After training we attach new cleaner to an experience cleaning team for 2 weeks to decrease any risk for you and for us.
4️⃣ If there is any complains, we do another full day training+exam.
Now you can see how your feedback is extremely important for us. It helps to improve our customer service to provide you the best experience.
