During lockdown Paper Plus @ south City mall in Christchurch was closed how ever they were the only store in town with a particular book I was after. Not realizing they werent open when I called them the kind lady on the phone had no hesitation in going into the store, calling me back to process payment over the phone & even offered gift wrapping! then kindly dropped to my mailbox - that was service over and above & it was greatly appreciated
