Found Cat
UPDATE: No detectable microchip and probably female. Was so frightened at the vets that I thought it best to get her home as quickly as possible. Has been sleeping in a shed at the bottom of the property during the day and only comes up to the house at dusk, and disappears with the dawn.
This long haired, probably male, cat has been hanging around my place in Smith Street, Woolston, for at least 3 weeks now. It's taken me this long to win its trust enough to take a reasonable photo of it. He's helping himself to my cats' food and sleeping on the "spare" bed on the dryer at night. I haven't been able to catch him yet to get him to the vet to be checked for a microchip, but hope someone might recognise him and let me know whether he's a bludger and not a genuine stray.
