It still amazes me that gas safety still travels way under the radar when people are buying and selling properties.

1/ Was the gas installation carried out by a certified gas fitter?
2/ Does it have a certificate of compliance?
3/ How old are the gas appliances?
4/ When were they last serviced?
5/ Does the property have a carbon monoxide detector?
